I use the word “spin” loosely, as I know there is a lot of variation between people in the area on the amount of spin they can safely do. So even though it sounds like a bad idea, I recommend you do some research. Some people do it just to keep their hands busy, and some people do it just to keep their feet busy. I have yet to see any evidence that someone has ever died while spinning.
