You can spend a great deal of time on the bike in the beginning before you get more comfortable, but over time you will definitely prefer to sit on the bike. That’s because the bike provides a great base for exercise that you can build upon with all the different types of devices. You could spend time playing with your bike’s controller, you could use the GPS, you could use the phone to track your position, and you could use the computer to figure out the best route.
