I know it sounds like a contradiction, but exercise can not only help tone your legs but also improve your overall health. Walking is the best way to get your heart pumping and burning calories. Walking increases blood flow, which in turn gets your heart pumping and burning calories.

I think if you’re cycling, you’ll like it. However, I don’t think if you’re cycling, you’re going to want to go too far. Walking is a great way to get the heart pumping.

I think walking is great. I actually have two different bikes for different purposes. One is a road bike with its big gears. It’s awesome. I can cycle up hills and down hills and I have a very light and fast pedaling style. The other is a mountain bike with its slant-to-the-right pedaling. I love it because I can take my bike on a hike. I do have a point. I also got a lot of sympathy for the way you’re getting me to the gym. I don’t want to be the one to throw a tantrum and get on with my work, but I do have a point. If I’m going to the gym this weekend, then I need to be at work, but I don’t want to end up in a situation where I can’t complete the work and my legs are too weak or my feet are too big.

I have to say I was a bit worried that youre going to do a bit of training to make your legs strong. But I think it would be worse for me to have your leg cramps than to see my legs hurting.

How about trying an exercise bike, because youre getting me to the gym. I dont want to be the one to throw a tantrum and get on with my work, but I do have a point. If I do get in a fight I dont want to end up in a situation where I cant finish the work or my legs are too weak or my feet are too big.

I agree. We are all going to have a bit of a case of the legs cramps until we get our legs strong enough to go into the gym. I think a bike is worth trying, but I think you should only start out with a bike when youre not in an exercise class. If you do start youre off on the right foot, youll be a lot more likely to continue with the exercise.
